The Lebanese community in Massachusetts is preparing to come together for the “United Lebanon Picnic,” organized by United Lebanon on Sunday, September 20, 2026, for an afternoon of family activities and community gathering.
The event will take place from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Hale Education in Westwood, Massachusetts, under the motto “Different beliefs. One people. One Lebanon.” The gathering aims to bring Lebanese community members together across different backgrounds while celebrating their shared heritage and identity.
The program will feature activities for adults and children, including games, music, competitions and prizes, kids’ activities, and sports.
Food will also be part of the gathering, with a selection that includes Lebanese favorites such as saj and hummus, alongside hot dogs, hamburgers, and other options.
Organizers have set a suggested donation of $20 for adults and $10 for children, while children under the age of five can attend free of charge.
Held under the message “Lebanon First, Always,” the picnic offers Lebanese families and community members in Massachusetts an opportunity to meet, celebrate their heritage, and spend an afternoon together.
